Your Back Up Device Preference!

im finally setting up some real servers and need to estup some kind of back up system and i just wanted to know what everyone else recommends tape drive cd-r zip i think a seperate computer that is kept in another room is the best bet but im not sure also cost isnt a huge concern but it is still there so try not to break me

I have 4meg travain tape and a partitition on my harddrive as a backup medium and a cd-rw for immediate data archiving.

I keep one tape cartridge away and one loaded. The partition backup location is for immediated restorations and the cd-rw "permanent" storage.

I like the usb external harddrive setup.

I use a 20 GB USB external HD by Buslink. Very reliable, fast and small footprint.
