I just read the subject again. you might want to consider running NAT instead of ICS, depending on your situation.

hmmm whats NAT
(my situation ... i have 5 pc's on a hun .. all having win2000 exept one having win2000 server
i need a network between them and a internet connection sharing

NAT is network address translation.

If you just have a standalone server sharing the internet and that's it, then ICS is ok.
