What are the pros and cons of having two sound cards? can u have two sound cards? Has Anyone done this?

Sure you can run 2 sound cards,it's great
if you do a lot of audio editing.Why do
you want to run 2 cards?

Can I hear the same thing off both cards?
If i can im adding it because of more speakers.

Oh if you want sound from more speakers
I don't recomend 2 cards just use a
Soundblaster Live or Live 5.1(or something
similar).Or just use a y adapter on the
output of your present card.

Well Thats the prob i dont have any money. I already have a y adapter on my present card.'
But can u hear the same thing off both cards?

If you get them to work together it really
wouldn't be much better than using a y
adapter.I would just keep using the y.

You can also connect the speaker out to your stereo and get a better sound too. You just need the digital plug to RCA (M-M) and be sure to turnt he stereo WAY down as to not burn out your tuner.
