Can't save attachments in IE/NS !!!

I using web-based email service, USA.NET. From recently, when I got email with attachment, I can't save it to disk, instead of the file in download window, I keep getting picture (the icon that displays the attachment).
It appeared with my previous installation of Windows, a few months ago, but I reinstalled and it gone. Now, it's here again !

What is the security setting on attachments?

If you use Outlook, set it to 'none' and see what happens.

Also, it may be that you are not allowed to download files from the server...or you have a setting to leave them on the server instead...other than that...beats me!

WTF is "security settings" on attachments ??? But I guess it's kind of "none", could it be ? Besides, when I plug in my laptop, I can download whatever I like ...
I don't use Outlook, I simply going to the USA.NET site, logging in and ta-ta ... I have an e-mail ...
All the browsers I tried didn't make it (IE5x, IE6, NS4.7x)
Can it be that some program I installed caused it ? Coz fresh Windows install fixes everything (as usual http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif )
