I'm being given the lovely job of updating and reinstalling OS's for all the systems that need it at my work. SEven machines in total. The good thing is they were bought in batches so there are two sets of three which are identical. what i was wanting to do then was to set one up properly and then just ghost the drive onto the other ones. But i havent done it before and don't really know what i'm doing!
Does anyone know of any how to's that explain the ins and out of ghosting a installation. to make my life easier.
Cheers
Rod

I don't know what version you're using but this will give you an idea how to use it. But from my experience using Norton Ghost, it's pretty much self-explanatory when you use it.

You can also use Maxtor's Maxblast program. Just hook up both drives in one machine and boot with the Maxblast floppy and go to the ADVANCED options and select copy partition, select source drive and select destination drive. Works good and costs nothing.
