On Sunday, get the newspaper with the huge wad of ads in the middle. Find the OfficeMax ad, they usually have (at least around here) PC100 on sale for $14.99/256mb (rebate... of course).

If you can get that $15 RAM, you are lucky. Prices this week are running about $40. If you can't get it at the cheaper price, Gateway is selling it for $41 with free shipping. I also saw it for $38 at Mark One Computers but with like $8 shipping or something.

honestly, you'll find a 256mb stick of pc133 sdram cheaper, and you can still use it on a mobo that just supports pc100 since pc133 will clock down to 100.

I got that ram for a client and it works sweeeeeeeeeet.

In their store is where I got a 512mb of ram for 54bux. I overpaid because I didn't ask the guy,, what cheaper ram do you have that's not on display :)

Are you guys around any best buy stores? I know wating for the rebate stinks, but if you watch the weekly add, they have good deals on memory.

i recently got 256mb crucial pc2100 for $35 after rebate.

Yea I have a couple of best buys over here. You kidding me, I'm in the Dallas Metroplex of Texas. We have everthing here.


And it doesn't suck, I actually got my rebate right away, it was from Western Digital though :P

and I'm still waiting for my Canon one.

yea, this is the second rebate i i am waiting and waiting and waiting for from best buy, well actually its from crucial.

for some reson they take there time with rebates, it's fine as long as it comes sooner or later:)
