Hey guys... I'm taking a break from SETI for some time, as soon as I hit 750 WUs.

You guys are welcome to be credited for my WUs, and I might dedicate a machine or two back to SETI in a little while.

I'm off to fold proteins, because although I know that SETI is an admirable project, the chance to better understand proteins and cells for cancer research and more intrigues me, too, and I want to help them out as well.

You should see me back in the SETI saddle soon enough, as well as S@H 2 if I'm lucky :)

Actually funny you should mention that.

I use SpeedFan to O/C my PC, as O/C BIOSes have really screwed me over in the past. Twice in 24 hours, running at the same speed that SETI runs (146.7x2 FSB), DF.org's text client has locked my system up tighter than a church-run bar on Sunday.

SETI, on the other hand, is just plain happy to be there :)

Therefore, I'm running SETI on my XP 1800+ and DF.org's folding on my work PC (P3-933 MHz).

That's a nice way of evening things out methinks :)

So, in other words... I"M BAAAAAAAAAAAAAACK!

Miss me? :r

I guess I didn't really leave, as I had a P4 machine doing SETI for me when I was experimenting with DF.org at home.

Still nice to be here :)
