If you still get nothing, trade out the vid and then change out the RAM with known good parts. If you still get nohting, I would try a different PS. THEN, if you still get nothing, it is a bad board. Just had to work on one of these today at work and clearing the CMOS and checking the hardware configs fixed it. Start it up (use a screwdriver to short the atx switch pins), and hope for beep codes (indicating missing video and ram) if you get none, the board or the proc or both are dead. If you do, try switching the ram and video card (for test purposes, try and find a PCI video card that you know works.) SysOpt.com
