Ok I would not say that it is a bad motherboard, but it is not one that I would put anything that is mission critical on. I use one at work all the time (work backed up to server) and it has not given me problems, however it does not have the features and the stablility of an MSI or ASUS brand board.

From what you said on your post it should suit you just fine, I have been using mine for over a year with not one glitch.

I wouldn't define any PCChips board as trouble-free. The support is non-existent. 4GetIt.
