I've just taken the plunge and ordered a PS2. Next step is to buy 10 games.

PS2's have their strong points, but Xbox is clearly the best one.

Theyre all flawed in varying depratments - IMO if yu own a PC the onyl real advantage is to buy a game cube as at least you will get variety of games.

PS2 is old hardware running ports of PC games or games soon to be ported to PC and the Xbox is the same but with slightly newer hardware

With a gamecube and PC you cover the wider variety..although having sad that there are no games for adult audiences on gamecube.. hardly

And I do believe that out of all 3 consoles, the PS2 has the widest variety of games especially since it has an abundance of 3rd party support. I know cuz I got all 3 and I keep my eye on games released and soon to be released....;) But hey, what do I know? :)

These are just some of the all-around great games on the PS2. Depends on what kind of games you like, but you'll more than likely have fun with these.

Personally i always buy every game system that comes out.. Right know i have a PS2 an X-Box a Panasonic 3DO and soon a Gamecube.

Most of my favorite games are on the computer though.:D :t

I don't think its all that clear since PS2 is out selling both XBOX and GameCube combined... What makes it even less clear than that is XBOX is actually doing the worst out of the three consoles. :rolleyes:

the only reason SOME people say xbox is better is cause it loads a little faster. i my self have a PS2 :D i personally like GTA vice city, and plan on getting medal of honor: frontline...... but what do you want? good games?(PS2) or fast loading with O.K. games?(xbox)

Hahaha yeah thats right, Microsoft makes the Xbox, so it doesn't matter if any of the games are fun, and the console itself isn't half bad. must ALWAYS hate MS products no matter what.

And that when I go over to the CPU section I hate the "Intel must die and AMD can RULE THE WORLD" feeling I get every once and awhile.
