Ut2K3 being a pain in the.... rear

Just reinstalled Ut2k3 on my nice new reformatted and Sp'd win 2k system, latest DX and everything, except when i run in D3d i get all sorts of BSOD's, engine errors and crashes to desktop, more details are at this thread:

Ive got it running okay in OGl - but it runs liek a dog :(

Anyone got any ideas, i dont get hopw it was running okay before the format and now its screwy :mad:

Ah - no worries now - turned out to be down to 4 in 1's and the AGP fast writes - theres 2 days down the pan :mad:
