I've just purchased some 90 minute CD's and can't seem to burn beyond 700MB.

When I try it says the CD isn't big enough?? Do you need special drives to burn 90 min CD's or is it a software thing??

I'm running Nero 5.5.8.2 (Win XP)

My CD-RW Drive is brand new also.

Which drive do you have? Also, what speed are you trying to burn at?

not many drives support it.

tell us what drive you have.

I have a Yamaha F1, and I can burn 99min cd's on it.

I also have a Yamaha 2200EZ, but now that you mention it, I'm going to check it out if I can or not :p

My drive is a HL-DT-ST RW/DVD GCC-4240N. Which I think is made by LG Electronics...It's a combo drive that comes on my Dell Laptop.

I've tried an over-burn in Nero and it worked fine! Thanks for all your help.
