I've been asking everyone this same question and they seem not to be able to give me an answer. OK here is how it goes; I have 64MB of PC100 ram and i have 128MB of PC133 ram. I have already tried running them both at 133MHz but it crashes b/c it oc the 64mb of pc100 and it can't take it. So i have two choices; eiher use only 128MB of PC133 running at 133MHz or use 192MB running at 100MHz. So my question is should i go with 128mb running at 133mhz or go with using 192mb running at 100MHz. Which one would load Windows faster and run games faster?

What is your CPU speed at 100 and at 133?
Youa re going to get a 33% boost in cpu speed by running with 128...that sound better than having 64MB extra. I would highly suggest selling your 64MB stick online and then buy a new PC133 stick.

I don't think i can find anyone that would buy it anyway. So i just wanted to know if there would be any benifets of having 64mb extra but having run at 100mhz. And also my cpu host clock speed is 100MHz giving me a 200MHz FSB

Hello? So i still don't know which one is better. Also in my bios if i Enable the DRAM TIMING BY SPD it puts memory clock to 100Mhz, but my 128MB of Hyundai memory is PC133 so shouldn't it run at 133mhz instead or did i get tricked my www.googlegear.com? (http://www.googlegear.com?)

Systems and their uses vary from one user to another. Try to conjure up a test, doing the things you like to do. Run one way for a few days and then switch. You'll know if it feels better or not.

Never mind, there must have been some glitch or smething but now when i enable the "DRAM Timing By SPD" it detects it as 133MHz. But now i have been running my computer on only 128MB PC133 at 133MHz and sometimes still crashes. All of my crashing problems started right when i put in my new IBM hd. And before that i was running a Western Digital Caviar ATA 335400RPM 6.4GB hd with 192MB RUNNING AT 133MHz(which means it oc my 64mb) and it never crashed) But also now since this new hd is like 2 times faster b/c it's ATA 66 and 7200RPM it been crashing for some reason. But i don't know for shure.
