I'm sure lotsa stuff has been hacked in the past 2 years. You just can't see it. Except for the one hack that went wrong, when you edit a post with a link in it, you get that html ****.

New UBB features can be found in UBB 6.0 (which you seem to dislike). One of those features is personal messaging. I have UBB 6 and I must say I like the new looks, even though the old ones are just as nice. http://server2044.virtualave.net/r0nald/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi

To the topic at hand....

SysOpt at one time did feature a variety of tricked edits for UBB. However, the past several weeks of server moves, site data exchanges, etc. seriously trashed the UBB code somewhere during the conversion process. I am surprised the forum even works, and that the UBB database survived the various transistions. Maybe it is time for an UBB upgrade or software change? You would have to ask Scott about that issue.
