Hi. I'm having trouble with Army Men: Toys In Space. I try to install it and it refuses to work. If it posts and error message, I will post it here. Anyways does anyone else have problems with this game? I have a:

1.2 ghz intel celeron
256 meg o' ram
Windows XP<-----which is what I think is causing this!:mad: (Go Win ME!)
40 gig maxtor hdd

When I had windows ME,98, and 95 the gamed worked just fine. I tried compatiblity mode, it didn't work. Can anyone help me?

Its Xp trust me. I have me and xp. 90% games I have to run in Me cause no go on XP. Just starts to open and goes back to desktop or I get a stupid error on some upon opening. ME all is fine. Also my printer is not supported in XP and Lexmark tells me it never will be either!:(

P4, that printer doesn't happen to have a 2k driver?

I know my cannon printer also never will be supported by XP, but the 2k drivers work just fine. :)

i use XP and all the games, apart from the 1991 games i have work perfect..

I GOT IT TO WORK. You have to open up the Cd-rom, click the icon "setup" and use compatiblity mode there. DO THE COMPACT SETUP!

Now I need a favor, can you give me a saved game of the 2nd mission or greater? :confused:

Anyone know how many Army-Men games the old PSX had... anyone?

Last count I remember there being 18. LOL 18 different army men games in 5 some years. And while I never played the PC counterpart, everyone of the PSX completely reaked.

I can see the CEOs over at 3DO right now "Well gentlemen, what I think the Playstation needs is ANOTHER army men game, but this time the lil guys will be blue and red, not green and brown. Sounds like a winner."
