I've done all the research and read all the reviews and I can't make a decision on which mother board is the best choice. Here's my needs and what I think are the best two choices so far:
Either a ECS P6DVAA with 2 P3 600's or an AMD t-bird in an Apollo VIA chipset, But I don't want to spend the $$ on a DDR board. any ideas on the best board with an AMD 850 200 FSB Socket A?
Also, my bugdet is $350 for both chip(s) and board.
Any help is appreciated

Thanks,
Newbie Chil

I would suggest the Abit KT7A-RAID motherboard (www.newegg.com $160w/ shipping) and a Thunderbird 900Mhz processor $113+shipping @computer craft http://store.ccraft.net/ProductsPrincipal.asp?sg=1&gr=1&it=12&si=1512 . I also recommend the Thermaltake Chrome Orb or Super Orb (dual fan) cooling fan/heatsink, which you cna get for about $20 at most places. Mine's running nice and cool with the Chrome Orb.

get the Asus A7V133, I noticed Abit Kt7 have a high rate of RMA and are incompatible with quite a few components, at least thats what I thought
