HELP !! Can not remove Napster file.

I downloaded a song from napster and it says I can not remove it from hard drive. I also went into win. Explorer to try and do it and it to will not allow me to delete it? I have never had this happen.

What is it saying when you try to delete it?

dun no what happend but i just went to read it 4 you and it let me delete this time, go figure?

It could have been that someone was pulling the song from you. In that case, it won't let you delete the file until that person has completed the transfer.

That is hard to believe, becuz I tried to delete it even off line?

if it says the file is in use by another application it means the file is being written to or read from (you arent done copying, or somoene is copying it from you)

That was probably it, the file you were trying to delet was being used by Napster at the time in some way or other.

It's just to late now to know exactly what it said. I wish I would have written it down!

I think it was that you didn't need to online in napster to dl or ul. The connection was dcc as far as I remember and the server had nothing to do with it, so it could have been in use then.
But, I could be wrong =)

I'm sure you know this, but just a reminder, Make sure that you right click the nappy icon by the the clock and exit.Peeps can still get songs from you, even if you close the Napster window.
