I have to upgrade my drivers of my motherboard, I am not familiar by doing so. So I need your help, wich drivers should I install and how. These are my specs

Speed : 803MHz

I allready searched asus.com, but don't now wich one and how, please help me

There appear to be three or four "flavors" of your motherboard on the Asus website. Have you tried opening the case and taking a look at the silk-screened print and/or sticker/label that's on the motherboard itself?

What O/S are you running? Why do you believe you have to update your mobo drivers?
