Im looking for a motherboard that supports USB2, P4 (400MHz bus) 2GHz, DDR2100 RAM, AGP 4x, and at least 4PCI slots. Any recommendations for a board that costs less than $90?

Yeah - that's real sweet and cheap! If you get it, update the BIOS right off. There were USB 2.0 issues without the update.

I dunno about overclocking.
