Windows ME Issue?

After running my system for 6+ hours my system suddenly is out of resources. The system tells me there is not enough memmory to run basic programs. Is this a known ME issue or should I look more towards a detailed analysis of my system.

My System :
Kt7-Raid
AMD T-Bird 1 gig
256 PC-133 Texas Instruments
Diamond Max 13.4 Gig 7200 RPM drive.
Geoforce MX Video Card
Fortissimo Sound Card
ISA Radio Card
Netgear Nic
TI Firewire card
Phillips CDR 800 series
Generic 50 X cd rom drive
Full Tower Case w/ 300 watt p/s
Multitude of Fans to keep it all COOL

PS: It's left running seti while not in use.

It's generally one of the apps that start up automatically. Remove them all, let the system sit overnight, and it'll probably do fine. Then add them back in one or two at a time and let it sit overnight, then look at it in the morning. When the resources are depleated, it was (most likely) because of the last thing added.

I agree. You have a memory leak somewhere. I have found a great little app called WinAnalyst on www.download.com (http://www.download.com) . It will telly ou what processes are running on your system and will let you kill processes til you know which is the offender.
