Overclock a Duron 1.1ghz

Hi All

Just wondering if any could point me into the right direction on how to overclock a Duron 1.1

The Mobo is a ECS K7AMA and has no overCloking Features, i have noticed that some has also over clocked a lower speed duron on this Mobo (Godz), just looking for a detailed pencil trick Tutorial( dunno what to scratch the pencil) some places tell Me L1 and others L7

3 x 80mm case fans

Unlocking the processor will have no effect if the motherboard does not have and overclocking features such as FSB and multiplier adjustments.
