Hi,
I'm supposed to have ADSL. Yet every speed test I do
shows me getting less than 10kbps downstream and when
I try to download anything it starts off around fifty and swiftly
moves down below ten. Not surprisingly, streaming video is
a near impossibility.
I'm using a connext accessRunner internal modem. When I
hover the mouse over the flashing monitors in the system
tray it always says speed 576.0 kbps. When I look in the
properties of my AccessRunner control panel it says: Connect
using ISDN Channel Connext AcessRunner PCI ADSL WAN
Adapter. When I click on configure it says: line type 64 digital.
Negotiate line type is also checked.
Is this how it's supposed to be? I'm using WinXP.
