ICS & workgroup in XP

Has anyone else had this prob ??

I setup internet connection sharing betweem two xp machines and all was well could share internet and files etc. Now all of a sudden I can't see other computer in the workgroup but can still share internnet through it.

Can anyone advise

Is the firewall enabled in the properties for TCP /IP on the host? Are you logged on as the same user that you were originally on the client?

Firewalls have atendancy to do stuff like that yeah, especially if you using Suyagte PF. Make sure both machines are loggen in and what not before you enable/run the firewall.
