Loaded a copy of Caesar-II, but can't run it. Program says I'm missing Wing32.dll.
I found a "zipped" copy on the web and downloaded it into a holding file. Problem is, now that I have it, I don't have the faintest idea what to do with it after I unzip it.

Move it to C:\Windows\system w/Win9X, or C:\Winnt\system32 w/WinNT or 2000.
