Hi, I have a laptop running win 2000 pro and when it boots it starts to load and I get a blue screen with a Stop 0x0000007B Inaccessible Boot Device error. I cannot even start in VGA mode or Safe Mode or Last Known Good Configuration. How do I fix this.

Can you boot from the CD and do a repair?

yeah go into the Repai Console and try CHKDSK also FIXBOOT and FIXMBR

I connected the hard drive up to another Win 2000 computer and ran chkdsk /f on the corrupt hard drive. Booted up fine after that.
