I am looking for some technical case drawings to make my own ATX case. I know I could just use a tape measure, but I thought it might be easier to start with something and modify it. Does anybody know if case manufacturers provide this sort of documentation. Or is there a standard, like the ATX form factor for motherboards.

I also need to know if there is a place to buy internal drive bays(the actual part that you secure your drive to).

If anyone else has made their own case I would like to see it.

Thanks,

I have seen plenty where people buy a cheap case and mod it. If I were you it would be a lot cheaper to buy a couple of cases and rip them to peices with a Dremel and then re-assemble to suit your requirments, also solves the problem of where to get drive bays.

Drawings will exist, but you would need to convince a manufacture that you deserve to get a copy. Another avenue to explore is to get a copy of Autosketch and produce your own.
