Hi all,
I recently obtained a SUMA Platinium GeForce4 and I am about to buy a new motherboard/RAM/CPU to get the best out of it. I can't buy the best on the market (matter of money...) but I try to build an equilibrate system that would give me the best of what the GeForce is capable of.
I am thinking to get an Abit KR7A with 256Mo PC2100 DDR RAM and a AMD Athlon XP 1600+.
What do you think ?

GF4 cards require at least a one gigger or faster processor to function optimally. Your choices are good.

Good choice of CPU, mine's the same :).

Just make sure you have lots of cooling, they can get pretty high if you only have a HSF and no fans.
