I'm assuming you can mix these PC100 and PC133 modules but that the PC133 will perform at the slower PC100 bus speed.

There shouldn't be any type of glitch, right; am I in the ballpark or totally whacked?

Mixing is OK. They will perform at whatever the max for the slower sticks may be. Some "vanilla" PC100 will go 115 or faster.
