Now I know that a .bin file is an ISO image of a CD.
With wich CD-Burning Applications can I burn this? Nero? Easy CD-Creator? WinOnCD?

Is it possible to add files to this CD that aren't included in the .bin file?

I use Nero, and most the time it works fine. Go to: File\burn image then make sure you have the selection "all files" in the file type box. If Nero complains with an error before the burn starts, cancell the burn and open up the .cue file in notepad and check the settings.
Try it again, and on the last box before the burn you can change the settings to match what the .cue file says.

As for adding files to a .bin file, no you can't. The way around that would be to extract the image into a temp folder, add what you want, and then burn the contents of that folder to a CD.
Here is a good image extractor called "IsoBuster" (Freewere). http://www.ping.be/vcd/start1.htm
Hope that helps.

.bin is a cdrwin file. Burn this image using CDRWIN from Goldenhawk.
