PC keeps conking out ;(

I had a problem last week end. The machine kept freezing (cursor ignoring mouse movements & no buttons registering)

Then it wouldnt boot

then BSOD !!!!!

I unplugged everything & started a rebuild from scratch

the bios said low battery (So I changed it) which fixed it

now its at it again!

Blinkin thing :mad:

I was set up as a "Supernode" on P2P could this have anything to do with it? :(

Bios saying batt 3.04v so I guess thats ok :(

I really doubt the Software, can do such a damage :p

well now that you have replaced the battery, try checking maybe to see if it's something else that Windoze doesn't like

Yeah sure thats it! Seriously though sounds like it may possibly be either a defective RAM or PSU problem.
