Hell yeah. Cheese is like the only thing I eat now. My favorite is EDAM cheese and sharp chedder with ranch dressing.:x :r Yum!

As much as I love cheese...its kind of ironic there is this thread after I consumed a whole "Double Extra Large" cheese pizza at this pub near where I live in NJ. If you eat the whole thing by yourself you get a T-shirt....Oh God, sweet cheese.

i think the best is Queso Parmesano
that's goes well with absolutely any food
specially if you Deep Fry them :D

i do also like Mozzalella, Cheddard and Swiss, and Nata, and... wow almost every kind... errh.. with the exception of Blue or extremely old chesse that you can smell a mile far away :x
Blue taste good, but that color reminds me of the Fungi, and that turns my apetite off :p

Actually, AllGamer, I hate to say it, but the blue stuff on blue cheese IS fungi. It's the good kind, though, grown and specially cultured so as not to gross you out.:p

Seen a think on ripleys believe it or not about this cheese( from Austr., I think) that had maggets. I guess this cheese is illegal but it is still selling off the shelves..
they say the critters give it a nice taste....
