Click to See Complete Forum and Search --> : please help with a stupid problem... edwelly 03-20-2001, 12:59 AM I am running Win2000 Prof and as of 3 days ago, when I get off the internet using MSN and a 56k conn., I have to restart my computer before I can log back onto the ISP, it says "verifying user name and password" and just sits there... Any ideas to what I have done. Oh, it won't shut down either, it hangs and says "closing network connections". Not really for sure if that last part is related or not...? Thanks for the help.
