Hi,
If I have a dual pentium 4, with 2 1.5 gh processors, do I have to overclock both, can I just do one, Is that dangaras, please tell me. Thanks.

Why on earth would you want to oc a dual P4-1.5GHz?
Yeah, it is dangerous, you need serious cooling and it's a high price you have to pay if it friest the processors and mobo.

I wasn't aware that there were dual P4 boards.

Anyway, since the speed of both processors is determined by multiplier X FSB, increasing the FSB to overclock one would overclock both. Overclocking isn't dangerous, if you have sufficient cooling for the processors. However, considering the cost of the Pentium 4's, and their marginal performance, I would suggest you reconsider your choice of processors.

There are no such boards out at this time. If you considered dual P 4, a better config is dual P III Xeons at 1 gig. You can get each processor for about 500 bucks, and the board for 550. This is what I have and it rocks! The Xeons have 32k L1 cache each.

Sure you can, but be careful. I had a prototype dual 4.2 Ghz with a 1 Gb FSB and 1 Tbyt HD running 22k RPM, dedicated combo T1 line/satelite, 36" flat screen. It got hot and destroyed my house.
