I've been on the beta test team for Scour for several weeks now (still no actual software to test though ??). Any rate, I was just forwarded an exciting update from the service. It appears Scour will be going public beta instead of closed, so anyone can now sign-up for the free beta test software.
The beta program is to begin sometime in the next 2-3 weeks. Scour has been a long-time favorite for Internet file sharing, but it was closed by the original owners last year due to legal issues. Any rate, the new owners (CenterSpan) are now on target to re-open the service soon.

Catch ya' later,
