hey guys plz help me i cant get onto mirc:

here is the deal i have tampa bay road runner and whenever i try to sign online i get this error message, what does this mean?

my friend who has the same road runner who lives down the street can sign on fine - someone please help!

If you use wingate, turn it off to get on that server. If you dont use wingate, make sure you do a thourough virus/trojan scan.
