dvd copy 4

I used dvd copy plus 4 to rip a dvd onto a cd, when I played the vcd back, using windows media player and real player I got no sound.

I was careful to make sure that the settings were correct
during the process, using smart ripper, dvdx and cdrwin5.

Using cdrwin5, under file system it tells you to select vcd rather than svcd I wonder if this is correct as under functions it tells you to select (s)video-cd.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have never used the prog before, but have you tried to play the VCD on a DVD player? Did you get sound?

If not I think there might be some issues with the way your PROG converted the file.
