There is a potentially destructive virus reported by Symantec. It is not widespread in the industry at this time The following is an excerpt from Symantec:
W32.Magistr.24876@mm is a virus with email worm capability. It is also network aware. It infects all files that are not DLL system files, and sends email messages to addresses that it gathers from the Windows Address Book, Outlook Express Sent Items file, and Netscape Address Book. The email message may have up to six attachments and has a randomly generated subject line.
