help!! Excel caused invalid page fault error.

I get the invalid page fault error in module mso97.dll at 0157:30705454 every time I try to print or print preview.
Word works just fine. Windows 95 B system, office 97. I made sure the HD was clean and had enough space (5G unused) Ran norton windoctor, checked drive for surface errors, tried the latest patches from MS that put it up to SR-2 and its still not working right. Virus protection is up to date and it is clean. I even removed office 97 to the point where it asked for a cd key again. Prior to reinstalling Office, I ran a defrag and exited from all virus scanning. I reinstalled office, printed from word fine, but then I try to print from excel and I get the same error all the time. HELP!!!!

System is for a customer. Gateway Essential PII 450 6.4GB HD, 32 MB ram on a Novell 5.1 network running the latest client.

Check for Viruses

Uninstall Office, then re-install

make sure you download MSICUU.EXE or MSICU.EXE from www.microsoft.com
