Seems pretty decent but i thought somewhere around 11k i guess?

Pretty normal. OC the card to Ti 4600 speeds and raise the FSB somewhat. That way you'll hit ~11000. Remember 3dmark is synthetic so you wont see much of a difference in games.

Yeah I know 3dmark to me is really just to compare to other similar systems to make sure something idn't going too wrong with my comp......

Seems about right, do you have all of the latest/best performing drivers for your mobo, VGA, etc.
