I'm building a pc. It's a AMD 1700XP, FIC AN11 stealth mobo, Geforce3 TI 200, 768mb ram, 60Gb Maxtor HD, Win2k. All these parts are from my older micro atx mobo. I wanted a form factor mobo instead. So now that everything was transfered I get a blue screen with this code. Anyone familier with it? Thanks for taking the time. "Stop: 0x0000007b(0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x0000000. Inaccessible_ boot_device".

If everything transfered means that the OS is on the HDD then run your the recovery consule and run chkdsk /r

This is because W2K's IDE drivers are chipset specific. Your old and new mainboard use different chipsets, so your old W2K installation, after the initial kernel boot process, cannot access the drive anymore because it doesn't have the drivers.
