case type motherboard

I have an older mini tower AT case that I want to upgrade to a 550 or better processor for my daughter. I see PC Chips makes a motherboard that would be fine if it will fit. Will a micro ATX motherboard fit in my older mini tower AT case? I haven`t taken out the old motherboard as yet to measure. Whats in it now is an old Rise motherboard and I am already maxed out for processor (200 MMX)..........................Ray

Just make sure you upgrade the PSU using an ATX PSU

and also Rewire the RESET switch to be the ON/OFF switch
