I'm not sure but there used to be (bad memory)
a URL where you could enter Motherboard info
and come up with the manufacturer and ultimately
get the manual in PDF.
This friend came across a board in a second hand store.
The board looks reasonably new and the price is
not too bad.

So he may be willing to take a gamble and
purchase if he had a manual.

It's a slot 1 board with 4 PCI slots, 2USB 1 ISA
and 3 DIMM rows.
He wrote down some strings and passed them along to me, not sure where they are on the board.

The only relevant reference I found through google.com for any of the strings you posted was to a Intel SE440BX-2 (Seattle 2) motherboard. You can download the documentation and see if it is the board in question.
