Yes 99% of the time.

It depends are you going to run the memory at 133Mhz or 100Mhz. You'll have a better chance if you are running both at 100Mhz, but you may be lucky and your 100Mhz may be able to do 133Mhz.

But without tweaking, ALL your system memory will work at 100 MHz, including the PC133 stick(s) ...

The PC133 is PC100 backward compatible, and should work perfectly on a FSB of 100Mhz. But the PC100 may not run to the speed of 133 FSB, since you are overclocking it, so it will depend on the speed of your FSB and the type of CPU you are using.
