Most probably comes in seconds or minutes but it can be delayed for some time. You never know when a server might be down somewhere or something like that. Steve R Jones 03-10-2001, 03:45 AM For what its worth, PC World does reviews of ISP's. One of their tests is to send emails across country to another tester to see how long it takes. spuck 03-10-2001, 07:27 AM longest it took mine was just over 5 minutes. most is around 20 seconds. nunyadam 03-10-2001, 07:53 AM i have pesonaly sent some to my work that took a full day. big_block_buick 03-11-2001, 11:17 PM i did think of server or problems of some kind.but under normal operating conditions, it should arrive within a minute you would think..oh well, i'll have to leave this as too many variables..thanks Brangwen 03-12-2001, 12:50 AM I've used half a dozen ISPs and sent e-mail to myself: about 15-20 seconds.
