HELP HELP !!

I'm using MSI 845 Ultra cpu 1.8 (n)
My probelm is that I bought a new display Card
Asus V8440. Which should work best. :( But no the PC boots up
once after a while the screen blanks 2 times then Freezes
I try to restart it but it won't boot up only the power of the cpu fan is on and the case fan .
BUT if I take the display card out and put in the OLD OLD TNT2
card back in it works fine.

It would seem that your video card is bad. I would return it.

going from the tnt2 to the Ti 4400 did you change drivers?
I've had the same thing happen when going from an older pci vid card to a newer agp card.
If you installed the card and windows didnt pick up a new hardware device then it's trying to run it on the older drivers.

The probelm is solved.
I took the MSI motherboard to the company to check
And:) it turned out that the Motherboard got some default in it.
They gave me a new motherboard for the time being,Caz they will check my motherboard first.
