Funny, I've never seen a Intel 845PE chipset.....i've seen

-845
-845D
-845GL
-845E

but not a PE..

Then again i'm in north america....but I've always been under the asumtion that since Asus was a non-NA company...that they would ship any product here, if it exsists.

Only problem is why build a new board to handle P4 proc's 3.06 Ghz and higher but not support 8X agp. I would think that anybody looking to to go over the 3 gig mark is also going to be looking for max performance as well out of their shiny new vid card. And with both ATI and Nvidia releasing 8X agp cards this "new" mobo is looking to spend it's life on the store shelves. and not in anybody's case.

So IMHO me thinks all those whistles and bell's are a mute point when considering it's not going to handle one of the major components that most OC'rs and performance addict's will be considering what to actually build the system around.
