Looks pretty neat especially as it's better to pump the heat away from the graphics card and chuck it out the back instead of needing other exhausts to do the job.
Not sure but that looks like a heat pipe in the copper plate as well?

7200RPM?? That tiny little fan is going to be noisy as hell. Heat usually isn't much of an issue when graphics card overclocking.

yep that was my only concern.. especially as I used to have a 7200rpm Delta fan and ripped the turbo-jet out cuz I couldn't take the racket any more...but I do like the design
