Hi, I'm running the following system :

msi kt3 ultra aru
xp1800+ @1.65ghz
radeon8500LE
384mb pc2100 ddr

I get about 35-45 in game fps @1280x1024 resolution, i'm considering getting pc2700 ram, am i going to notice a lot better performance with pc2700? Also for a little fps increaser trick, open your ut2003.ini file and change "ReduceMouseLage=true" to "ReduceMouseLag=false" and you'll get quite an fps increase.

actually.. i aslo changed that in the file..and it decreased my fps by like 20:( thanks alot :(

You won't get a muchof a increase going to PC2700 if you've already got PC2100 in there.

Oh my :eek:

that tweak makes the mouse lag almost as bad as the lag from the p!sspoor FPS's i was getting :eek:

i didnt notice much for mouse lag, i guess i'm unsure what it is, all i know is that it increased my fps and i play even better so i'm happy with it :)

oh my, after i got my new logitech mx300 mouse oh man i notice the mouse lag now... good lord its bad lol :r

Yeah i do get p!ispoor at 1024x768x32 :( - i think its due to me having the drivers geared toward quality.. so im gonna reset em all to defaults and see how it runs...

get a better CPU... i can run at max setting in the drivers and in the game at 1024x800x32 pretty well....

only about £60 for a good'n nowadays.. thats if you dont need a new mobo of course :D

With everything set at default it runs about 50-100FPS...

Time to go a tweaking
