I knew a program can test the CPU's information but with P4, there have no version.

Have you tried the free SisSoft Sandra?

Sisoft sandra for in depth data, WCPUID if you just wanna know clcok speeds and cache size etc

Since it's Intel, you can get Intel's Frequency ID Tool. Comes in both a windows program and a bootable disk version.
