Does the keyboard have a buffer assigned to it? In the keyboard control panel settings why does the char.jump one space then repeat across the screen? How do you stop the pause and make the char. repeat across as soon as you press a key or the spacebar? Any help.....any help at all........does anybody know?

You can set the key "auto repeat" in the control panel.

Start>Settings>ControlPanel>Keyboard

Play with the settings. There is a test area in the setup window to see the affect of your settings.
